Shandong Donghua Cement Corporation Ltd., invested and established by Zibo Mining Group Co. For cement production, is an large-sized project aimed at building an industrial chain including coal, electricity and building materials, so as to develop circulation economy b y making use of industrial residue such as coal refuseˇ˘fly ash, etc. We mainly produce WANHUA Portland cement, normal Portland cement and composite Portland cement. Our loading products are WANHUA cement clinker and cement products series including P&©|8226;I 52.5Rˇ˘P&©|8226;O 42.5Rˇ˘P&©|8226;C 32.5R, etc.
At present, we have a 5000t/d cement clinker production line with the capacity of 1.55 million tons annually. The second 5000t/d cement clinker production line is being built, and it with be put into production in 2007. At the same time, matched with the first clinker production line, we have also built the following three grinding plants named respectively Zibo WANHUA, Zibo HENGLI and Jinan WANHUA, which can produce 2.5 million tons per year. The 6MW pure low temperature power station built with exhaust gas from the kiln has been generated electricity by November, 2006 with the feed fate of 28.6%. We have acquired certificates of ISO14001 environmental management system, of ISO9001 quality control system, of OHSASI8001 occupational safety health control system, of ENV197-1:1995 international standard certification and of products quality certification, and we are approved as an enterprise with Class AAA.
WANHUA cement clinker has many high qualities including luster of blue and black, high strength in the early and upper stage, good wearing resistance and so on. In more ***ails, WANHUA cement has low alkalinity, good cementing quality, quick speed for setting and hardening, high early strength, stable final strength, freeze-thaw resistance, penetration resistance, erosion resistance, short demould period, rapid construction etc and all of which result in high qualities.
